Mividas Connect provides different types of identification and verification
Invited users must use electronic ID to identify themselves before any futher meeting details are revealed. The electronic-ID supplier will depend on your country and agreement.
The meeting organizer specifie the national ID-number/social security number of the participants beforehand, and they will only be allowed access after verifying their identity.
By choosing SMS verification the participant will receive an SMS with a pin code to identify themself in order to get access to more meeting information and details on how to join.
As an alternative to SMS verification, delayed SMS PIN-code can be chosen, The PIN-code will then be sent out x minutes before the meeting starts to every participant.
When choosen the organization employees will use single sign-on to get access to the meeting information and join details either via the Mividas Meeting Portal or Mividas Connect.
Participants and access log will be displayed in the Mividas Meeting Portal for the user that initially scheduled the secure video meeting.

To refine the meeting scheduling process, internal and external users can be invited with different requirements for identification.
Mividas provides the ability to create two factor authentication for room systems if a participant chooses to use a video conferencing system to connect to the meeting instead of a software client or web browser.
Inviting the room system is a simple process where a SIP address is generated along with a timed PIN code that needs to be entered for the system to join the meeting.
Users signed in to the Mividas Meeting Portal with single-sign-on (SSO) can schedule meetings with secure authentication but also connect to secure video meetings scheduled by other colleagues.
This way, anyone who is scheduling a meeting can ensure that internal and external participants can be identified by a more robust process than simply relying on an email or calendar invitation as email addresses can be sent to the wrong person.
