New Leadership at Mividas
In just a few years, Mividas has built a world-leading product, earned highly satisfied customers globally with next to zero customers leaving us, and remained profitable since day one. But we realise we’re only scratching the surface — we’re now entering a new phase with greater ambitions to scale, innovate, and deepen the value we deliver to our customers.
A major focus recently has been expanding our product capabilities to add value to hybrid video infrastructures — whether fully on-premises, air-gapped, cloud-based with Webex, or anything in between. It opens the door for more types of organizations to benefit from Mividas — regardless of their infrastructure setup.
To accelerate this momentum, we’ve appointed a new Chairwoman of the Board and a Commercial Director — two key roles that will help us seize this opportunity and drive the next stage of Mividas’ growth.
As CEO, I believe we are in the most exciting time for the company we’ve ever been in. We’ve decided to strengthen our team with key roles that will help us realize our vision for where we want to take Mividas in the years ahead.

We’re thrilled to welcome Peter Klein as our new Commercial Director. With an extensive background in complex video collaboration solutions, Peter brings over 20 years of technical and commercial experience. Most recently, he served as Commercial Product Manager at Tele2, where he was responsible for driving the collaboration portfolio, including video, UC, and secure meeting solutions for enterprise and public sector customers.
Peter will lead Mividas’ commercial strategy — driving growth through our key partners and aligning product development with customer needs. On why he joined, Peter says “What excites me is the tangible difference we make for organizations that rely on secure, mission-critical communication. Mividas products empowers them to maintain full command over their meetings and data, ensuring no compromise on data sovereignty or service quality. I’m excited to join the team to drive this mission forward and help Mividas reach new heights together with our customers.”
We’re also proud to announce that Karin Bjerde is joining Mividas as Chairwoman of the Board. With a decade of experience scaling and investing in fast-growing companies, Karin brings strategic clarity and operational discipline to help guide Mividas through our next chapter.
