We are dedicated to continuously improving Mividas Rooms. As part of this commitment, we are pleased to announce the release of our community license, which is available for free and with no limitations for up to 25 video conference systems.
The community license is open to tech evangelists and IT-support staff and provides an opportunity to experiment with Mividas Rooms, while also offering valuable feedback that will help us to improve the product further.

How to get hold of a community license?
Obtaining the community license is easy. You may request it via the contact page, the Mividas community Webex space, or by sending an email to [email protected]. Once you have received your community license key, installation and onboarding are straightforward, and detailed instructions are available in the Mividas online documentation.
License terms
- The license allows you to manage up to 25 video conferencing systems, with all functionality available except for scheduled meetings, which is part of Mividas Schedule
- This license does not come with official support but offers an opportunity to gain a understanding of the product's functionality and capabilities.
Installation and onboarding
After receiving your community license key follow these steps to get up and running with your installment of Mividas Rooms.
- Download the Mividas Installer
- Install the Mividas Installer as a virtual machine
- Enter your community license key
- Configure and deploy Mividas Rooms
- Start managing your video conferencing systems
