Quick and Simple Onboarding

With just a few clicks, administrators can access the onboarding process. The user-friendly wizard provides clear, step-by-step guidance, enabling them to get started quickly and efficiently.

Thanks to Webex support, Cisco Room Systems can easily be imported via the Webex integration, and existing Room Systems can just as easily be registered to Webex directly from the interface.

Mividas supports dynamic macro variables, allowing each system to have individual settings that are automatically updated in the provisioned macros based on the specific configuration of each system.

The Mividas Meeting Portal is a web-based solution where users schedule their video meetings. The portal is customizable to fit the needs of different customers, with the ability to adjust both meeting types and branding according to the customer’s requirements.

Video Platform Meeting

Various types of meetings can be created for the on-premises video platform, such as a standard video meeting with guest and moderator PINs, or a webinar.

Webex Meeting

With Webex integration, meetings can be scheduled to take place in Webex, allowing users to schedule both on-premises and Webex meetings from the same interface.

Hybrid Meeting

Mividas Hybrid Meetings and the Webex integration allow users to schedule meetings where the moderator joins via Webex and the guest via on-premises, or vice versa.

Secure Meeting

Mividas adds an extra layer of security to both meetings scheduled in the organization’s onpremises environment and Webex, requiring participants to verify their identity before meeting details are displayed.

External Meeting

Users can also schedule meetings to be held externally, where the Cisco Room System will dial out. The SIP address and any required PIN are automatically used as DTMF for the system.

Failover for Webex Meetings

Where high availability is critical, Mividas can be used to schedule Webex meetings, simultaneously creating a virtual meeting room on-premises. If an issue arises with the Webex meeting, it can quickly be moved to the on-premises room.

Easy and Quick Scheduling

  1. Login to Mividas web based meeting portal.
  2. Select meeting type and use the schedule wizard.
  3. All set! The meeting is scheduled, and the relevant parties have received an email notification.

Scheduling Delegation

In the Mividas Meeting Portal, administrators can schedule meetings on behalf of other users, and regular users can grant permission to others to manage their meetings.

White-Glove Mode enables administrators to view all users’ meetings directly in the main portal view. In this mode, administrators can impersonate users and schedule meetings on their behalf — ensuring fast, hands-on support when needed.

Participant Identification and Verification

Verify participants’ identities in video meetings to ensure they are who they claim to be.

Mividas adds an extra layer of security to both meetings scheduled in the organization’s onpremises environment and Webex, requiring participants to verify their identity before meeting details are displayed.
