Mividas Accelerates Growth with Strategic Tech Team Expansion
Over the past year, Mividas has experienced significant growth, particularly within our technology organization. To support our expanding customer base and increasing platform capabilities, we have strengthened our tech team across multiple areas to ensure we continue to deliver the high level of quality, reliability, and performance that we are known for.
Strengthening Infrastructure and Engineering
On the infrastructure side, we have reinforced our capabilities by bringing in a Linux System Administrator who plays a key role in improving and streamlining our environment across virtualization, containerization, networking, and security. We are already seeing measurable improvements, especially within our internal development and testing environments, where optimization efforts have increased stability and efficiency. Several additional enhancements are currently underway to further improve scalability and operational resilience.
Within the development organization, we have successfully recruited two new Tech Leads/backend developers. Their leadership and technical expertise are helping formalize and refine our internal processes for development, planning, and delivery. While we are still in the onboarding phase, these additions are already contributing to clearer structures, improved collaboration, and stronger long-term technical direction.
Our QA team has also been expanded to enhance testing cycles and ensure comprehensive, up-to-date documentation for all new functionality. By strengthening quality assurance in parallel with development, we are able to maintain high product standards while accelerating innovation.
We are making long-term investments in infrastructure, engineering leadership, and quality processes to ensure we can innovate faster and operate more efficiently

Platform Consolidation and Unified Experience
In parallel with our organizational expansion, we are working on significant product enhancements for upcoming releases.
Capabilities such as firmware target version and overview, configuration comparison, and product settings will be added to create a more consistent workflow across the entire Mividas ecosystem.
The ambition is to deliver a simplified operational model with one platform and a clearer overview of devices and configurations. Beyond improving usability, this consolidation will strengthen long-term scalability and maintainability across the platform.
Meeting Management and Access Methods
Alongside the platform consolidation efforts, significant enhancements are being developed in Mividas Core to simplify how meetings are configured and accessed.
A new meeting type template system will allow administrators to define reusable meeting profiles, including access methods, dial-in number ranges, security settings, and participant roles, that can be applied consistently across rooms and bookings. Instead of manually configuring each meeting space, templates ensure that guest and moderator entry points, PINs, and call leg profiles follow a standardized setup from the start.
Support for hybrid on-prem/webex meetings, bridging on-premises video infrastructure with cloud services, will further extend the flexibility of the platform. Combined with portal-facing template selection, end users will be able to book meetings with the right configuration without requiring administrator involvement for every change.
The goal is to reduce manual configuration overhead, minimize room-to-room inconsistencies, and give both administrators and end users a more predictable and efficient meeting experience across the Mividas ecosystem.
Continued Investment in Security
Security remains a top priority across everything we do. As our platform evolves, so does our commitment to meeting the security expectations of modern enterprise environments.
As part of upcoming releases, we are modernizing the cryptographic standards, removing legacy algorithms, and expanding audit logging to provide greater transparency into platform activity. These enhancements are designed to strengthen data protection, traceability, and compliance readiness.
This work is part of an ongoing effort to continuously improve our security posture and ensure that Mividas meets the demands of enterprise-grade environments. Smarter Monitoring and Broader Device Support
Future releases will also introduce enhanced monitoring capabilities to provide administrators with greater visibility and earlier detection of potential issues. New warnings for firmware mismatches and configuration conflicts will help identify and resolve discrepancies before they impact end users.
In addition, we are expanding device support and implementing performance optimizations that reduce unnecessary load on both the platform and managed endpoints. These improvements are designed to deliver a more responsive, stable, and scalable environment as deployments continue to grow in size and complexity.
Looking Ahead
These initiatives represent the first phase of a broader expansion strategy. The highly skilled professionals joining Mividas are strengthening our current capabilities while also building the foundation for continued product evolution and innovation.
This is an exciting and transformative period for Mividas. As demand continues to increase, we are scaling thoughtfully by investing in people, platform, and processes. Our goal is to remain a trusted partner for our growing customer base while continuing to raise the standard for quality, security, and performance in the releases ahead.
